Check-in is available from 15:00 and check-out is no later than 11:00.
Before arrival, you will receive a personal access code by phone or email. The same code is used for the entrance door and your room.
Arrivals after 23:00 must be communicated well in advance so that payment and check-in information can be arranged during the day.
Payment
Payment is preferably made via Swish.
Pets
Pets are only allowed in two of the hotel’s designated rooms. A fee of SEK 250 per night applies. This must be arranged at the time of booking.
Damage
In the event of damage, a fee of SEK 4,000 may be charged. Always inform the hotel if any damage has occurred.
Smoking
All forms of smoking are prohibited throughout the building. If smoking triggers a fire or smoke alarm, a fee of SEK 10,000 will be charged.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation must be made no later than 18:00, seven days before arrival. For later cancellations, the full cost of the stay will be charged.
Parking
The hotel does not have private parking. Public parking is available nearby and is free between 18:00 and 09:00.
